- ‘Common Service Centre’ – (for issuance of all kinds of govt. certificates

For a robust economy in Afghanistan

Some other Factors
- Only 6 % of land cultivated
- Predominantly opium driven –> alternate crops
- Have to sign water sharing agreements with Pak & Iran to harness upper- riparian position
- Plug corruption (Kabul bank Fraud etc.)
