- Acts upon complains for those individuals who have not been able to submit information/request to central public information officer or state officer due to their absence or negligence.

Central Vigilance Commission
- Established in 1964 to address corruption in government & autonomous bodies
- set up by recommendation of committee on Prevention of corruption headed by K Santhnam
- Appointed by President (Pranab Mukherjee) 1 CVC & 2 Vigilance Commissioner
- Currently vacant Ex CVC- Pradeep Kumar

National Human Rights Commission
- Autonomous body established in 1993 under protection of Human Right Ordinance
- NHRC consist of a chairperson,Supreme court judge,chief justice of high court,2 eminent personalities in field of human rights & 4 ex officio members

- P.L Punia, Chairperson, National Commission for Scheduled Castes
